How Cool is This? An Ultra Violet Vacuum Cleaner
This must be a trend… today I am posting information on the second contest that is being run in order to promote a Digg-clone/Pligg site, this time it’s for MakePono where you can “submit and search for cool stuff on the web”.
They need more people to start submitting stuff to their site and so have hooked up what is a pretty sweet prize IMO - a Halo UVX Vacuum Cleaner. Not only does it suck, but it uses Ultra Violet light to help clean - sounds cool to me! The person with the most submissions to their new site through to October 4 wins the vacuum cleaner!
Anyway, head over here to get the details. Just a tip for any future contests you guys (or anyone in general) might have though - you should at least reward other blogs with an entry if they write about your contest. By this I mean that of course Contest Beat and the other contest specific blogs will always mention these sorts of contests regardless, but very few other blogs will, and that’s losing a big potential audience.
