Introducing Sponsors Looking for Contests
Today we are proud to launch a new initiative here on Contest Beat - “Sponsors Looking to Sponsor Contests“.
The thing is, not everyone has the available resources or funds to give something away on their blog or website. But that shouldn’t stop them from running a contest right? Heck no, and this is where the sponsors come in. You can visit this page to view a list of websites that have got in touch with Contest Beat and told us they are available to sponsor contests. You then need to contact them yourself and pitch your contest idea to them.
If they like it, you can discuss what you want to giveaway and what they will get in return (I would suggest some sort of link as a minimum), and take it from there. If not, then head back to the drawing board :).
We are also looking to expand the sponsor list we have, although I don’t think two willing sponsors is too bad to start of with! So if you are genuinely interested in sponsoring contests then please get in touch. Here’s some link love for our first 2 willing sponsors:

Great site. I was going to look this week for contests, but I guess all I have to do now is subscribe to your site. I entered into Daily Blog Tips’s Blog Writing Project: Tips & Tricks contest and the results were awesome!

I’m not sure if I’m following the correct procedure, and I apologize if so. Our website is getting ready to run its second annual Indie Of The Year contest. We would like to round up a few sponsors before we get things started August 1st 2008. Could someone please contact me, or assist me in the correct process for getting on your list.
