Win $300 for Writing a Creative Chapter of a Story
I think we’ve featured StoryMash on here before, but right now they’re running a contest until June 20th offering 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place prizes of $300, $150, and $60 respectively.
How do you enter?
Well StoryMash’s concept is to have creatvie writers begin stories and then have others follow up on them by writing new chapters to expand them. The problem is that they have an abundance of first chapters with now subchapters, so they want you to write the subchapters.
If you have any creative bones in your body, this contest might be for you. If you like writing at all, the worst thing that happens is that you don’t win any money, but still have an ejoyable creative experience collaborating with others, and who knows…you might just want to keep participating.
