Would you like a new WordPress theme? Would you like a free new WordPress theme? I bet most of you said yes, so make sure you check out this contest from Ant Eksiler over at the Turk Hit Box.
He is giving away a free custom WordPress theme (designed and coded by him) and to be in to win you simply need to blog about the contest - however there are a few catches that I am sure will snag some of you:
- Your blog should have t a Pagerank of at least 4.
- Your blog must be older than 8 months.
- Your RSS subscriber count should be more than 50.
- You cannot remove the footer link, “designed by Turk Hit Box”.
I’m guessing the 8 month requirement will kill it for a lot of people… but oh well, it’s up to Ant I guess. Anyway, if you meet the requirements and want to take a look check out the contest details here.
how will they know the PR??
google has changed the PR of every blog to ZERO!!
I’m a 3 or a 4 here - I forget
CompuWorld…just because your blog got a PR 0 does not mean every blog has 0 PR. My Blog got PR4 this update. So does it mean that my site is not a blog?
No, but clearly Ant doesn’t realize that PR is no indication of the importance of a blog anymore. There are plenty of blogs out there that have the relative importance of a PR6 or 7, but got dropped to a PR3 or less, so making that a requirement is really stupid.
This is a great prize. But we don’t qualify.
