Contest Beat

It’s getting into summer in the Southern Hemisphere (where I’m going shortly), and becoming colder up North. With that in mind, Suburose have decided to give away a “vintage-inspired crocheted hat” and to enter all you need to do is make a comment on the contest post.

Here’s what the designer and maker, Jerusha, had to say about the hat:

I’ve always created wearable items that inspired me. My ideas sprung from my imagination and storybooks. Until recently anything I created was sewn, however upon “discovering” crochet, a new medium of imaginitive expression was opened up to me and I haven’t looked back! This Antique Rose color vintage inspired cloche/beanie is part of my current line. I’ve been motivated towards this look lately as I’ve been in the mood for Victorian and WWII British inspired shows and items.
