Boy do I ever wish I had more good pancake stories. My life has revolved too much around waffles and french toast.

From job interviews and first dates to marriage proposals and wedding receptions, IHOP has served up more than pancakes over the last 50 years.  To celebrate its 50th birthday, IHOP has kicked off the “It Happens at IHOP” contest and will gather stories until May 31 of the heartwarming, unexpected and even wacky events that have happened at IHOP as part of a national contest.
